As the year 2023 came to a close, the air travel app market on the Android platform witnessed various trends across Europe. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into how the top five applications performed in the fourth quarter.

Ryanair saw its downloads decrease from 128K in the last week of September to 96K in the final week of December, while weekly active users showed a downward trend from 681K to 651K in the same period.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker experienced fluctuations in its revenue, starting the quarter with $58K and ending at $41K. Downloads peaked at 113K in late October but fell to 111K by year-end. The app's weekly active users dropped from 761K to 714K over the quarter.

Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save maintained a relatively steady download count, starting at 60K and rising to 54K in December. Weekly active users saw a slight increase from 276K to 269K throughout the quarter.

The easyJet: Travel App downloads began at 56K and saw a dip to 39K by the end of Q4. The app's weekly active users exhibited a decrease from 335K to 335K during these three months.

Lastly, Pegasus: Cheap Flight Tickets showed a varied download trend, starting the quarter at 40K, with a spike to 45K, and settling at 33K in December. Weekly active users began at 142K, peaked at 160K, and ended at 148K.
